Joraé was born and raised in Chester Springs, PA. After 5+ years of her family pushing her to expand her horizons and get out of her comfort zone, she finally chose to leave PA and make the move to AZ to be closer to her sister, and to continue in the career where her heart is. 

Since childhood, she has found joy in caring for animals, whether it was the ducks in her backyard pond, birds with injured wings, or even befriending the garter snake that would sit in her garden every day. After losing her childhood dog to cancer, it lit the fire in her to pursue a field in veterinary medicine. Her dream is to one day attend vet school and work with elephants in the Thailand Sanctuary, but for now she is very happy being the nurse to animals in need, as her current role still ensures the wellbeing of all animals! 

She has a Mini Aussie named Pixel who is obsessed with all toys and herding her 3 cats Cheeto, Shadow, and Rajah. When not working, she is spending her free time exploring with Pixel, cooking, and hanging out with friends and family.
